💡 How this works:
1. Admin/Support pre-registers device here with IMEI, VIN, SIM and pushes to the target server.
2. Device is created on the server with admin access only — no customer assigned yet.
3. Technician goes to site, opens Adding page, searches by IMEI — finds the pre-registered device.
4. Technician completes installation, sets plate number, owner, and assigns to customer.
5. All pre-registration activity is logged in Activity Log.
